TM Concrete provides residential concrete services, including but not limited to driveways, patios, walkways, stamped concrete, and tear-out/replacement services in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.

2. Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates provided via our website, quiz, or phone are preliminary and subject to an on-site inspection.
  • Final project pricing is only valid once a written contract is signed by both parties.
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating material costs (concrete/fuel).

3. SMS and Communication

By submitting your phone number through our lead forms or project quiz, you expressly consent to receive communications from TM Concrete. This includes:

  • Service-related text messages (scheduling, project updates, estimate delivery).
  • Marketing and promotional messages (special offers, seasonal discounts).
  • You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP". Message and data rates may apply.

4. Project Site Conditions (Colorado Specific)

Concrete work is highly dependent on weather and site conditions. TM Concrete is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Inclement weather (rain, snow, extreme cold/heat) common in the Colorado climate.
  • Unforeseen underground obstructions (large rocks, utility lines not marked by 811, unstable subgrade).
  • Access issues to the project area.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, logo, images, and project photos on this website are the property of TM Concrete. Unauthorized use of our project gallery or branding for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

TM Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or the performance of our services beyond the scope of our written and signed service contracts.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Denver Metro Area.
