These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TM Concrete's website (coloradoconcretepro.com), our online estimate request forms, and any concrete repair or installation services we provide. By submitting a request or hiring us for a project, you agree to these Terms.
TM Concrete provides residential concrete repair, leveling, resurfacing, sealing, joint repair, surface restoration, and related services in Colorado's Denver Metro region. Specific scope, materials, and pricing are set in writing for each project before work begins.
Our free, no-obligation estimates are provided in good faith and based on visible conditions at the time of the visit. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Conditions discovered during the work (e.g., unexpected sub-grade issues, hidden damage) may require a revised estimate before continuing — and we'll always discuss those changes with you before any extra work begins.
Concrete work depends heavily on weather. We may delay or reschedule a project for rain, snow, freezing temperatures, or extreme heat to ensure proper pour, cure, and finish quality. We'll communicate schedule changes as soon as we know them and work with you to find the next available window.
TM Concrete stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms (length, coverage, exclusions) are stated in writing on your project agreement.
What's not covered: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or excessive load, settling caused by sub-grade conditions outside our control, hairline cracking inherent to concrete's natural curing process, and damage from de-icing chemicals or extreme weather events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TM Concrete's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Colorado or federal law.
Our website is provided "as is" for informational purposes. Content, photos, and design elements are the property of TM Concrete or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free from errors.
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
